This not only allows the fat to drain away during cooking, but eliminates the need to turn the legs every so often as all sides cook evenly. Six notches on each side of the rack hold drumsticks, while special notches secure wings. Made of durable stainless-steel, the rack measures 13-3/4 by 5-3/4 by 6-1/2 inches and is dishwasher-safe. Cooking instructions are included with the leg and wing rack. When used inside an oven, the rack should be placed in a shallow baking pan containing water to prevent splattering.
